« I was able to work with Christophe on a major international project between 2021 and 2022 to implement a global HRIS (22,500 employees, 80 countries). In this case, SAP SuccessFactor. This involved rolling out 12 HR modules (employee central, onboarding, recruitment, performance, talent management, compensation, etc.) using an agile method with a big bang deployment.
